This policy explains how personal data is processed on this website in accordance with the GDPR and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG).

2. Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent (Art. 15-21, 7(3) GDPR). You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna, dsb@dsb.gv.at).

3. Hosting and Server Log Files

Each visit automatically generates technical data (IP address, date and time, pages viewed, browser type, referrer URL), stored temporarily to ensure secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest), and deleted after 7 days.

4. Cookies and Analytics

Essential cookies are required for the site to function (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Our hosting provider Wix also sets functional and analytics cookies to keep the site secure and to provide aggregated visitor statistics. Optional cookies are set only with your prior consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time via the cookie settings or your browser. 5. Contact Form

Data submitted via the contact form (name, email, and any other details provided) is stored solely to process your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and deleted once the request is resolved, unless legal retention obligations apply.

6. Image Rights

Unless otherwise noted, photographs on this site were either taken by Wolfgang Pichler or are used with the permission of the respective photographer, who retains copyright (§§ 74 ff. Austrian Copyright Act). Reproduction, editing, or distribution outside this website requires prior written consent.

As depicted buildings are typically owned by clients, project photos are published only with the client's consent as part of the portfolio agreement (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in showcasing completed work). Where identifiable individuals appear (e.g. interior shots), publication requires their consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; § 78 Austrian Copyright Act, right to one's own image); they may object at any time, and the image will be removed promptly. 7. Third Parties and Data Security

Data is shared with third parties only where necessary, legally required, or consented to, under Art. 28 GDPR data-processing agreements. This website is hosted by Wix.com Ltd., which may process data outside the European Economic Area on the basis of appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR. This site uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect data in transit.

8. Retention and Changes
